This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice supplements the general Relationship Design Lab ("RDL") Privacy Policy and applies specifically to residents of the State of Washington (under the Washington My Health My Data Act, RCW 19.373) and the State of Nevada (under Nevada Senate Bill 370 / AB 406), as well as any individuals whose consumer health data is collected in those jurisdictions.

2. Categories of Consumer Health Data Collected

Depending on your interaction with our educational and self-reflection coaching service, we may collect the following categories of consumer health data:

  • Emotional & Psychological Reflection Data: Self-reported emotional states, attachment tendencies, feelings inventories, and stress response reflections submitted via intake questionnaires and chat interactions.
  • Psychometric Domains & Growth Trajectories: Inferred non-clinical developmental scores across conflict management, intimacy comfort, boundaries, and relational self-efficacy.
  • Sensitive Orientation & Intimacy Preferences: Information regarding relationship structure and intimacy goals, collected solely with your explicit, affirmative opt-in consent.
  • Safety & Crisis Event Records: Logs indicating acute crisis triggers or lifeline referrals, retained solely for real-time safety interventions.

3. Purpose of Collection & Use

We collect and process consumer health data strictly for the following purposes:

  • Delivering personalized AI-powered relationship coaching and reflection exercises.
  • Generating developmental assessment reports and longitudinal psychometric snapshots.
  • Enforcing safety guardrails and providing immediate emergency helpline resources.

We do not sell, license, or monetize consumer health data. We do not use consumer health data for targeted cross-context advertising or to train public foundation models.

4. Sharing with Third Parties & Subprocessors

We only disclose consumer health data to contracted processors bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) who assist us in operating our secure infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud Platform with AES-256 encryption at rest, secure Cloud KMS key wrapping, and ephemeral LLM inferences). We do not share your health data with any third party for commercial or marketing purposes.
